Here’s an easy way to help adults 60+ find reliable online health information.

Many older adults are missing out on valuable online health information because they aren’t comfortable using the Internet. The recently updated Toolkit for Trainers from the National Institute on Aging at NIH can help change that.

Trainers can use this free set of lesson plans, handouts and teaching tips to help adults 60+ learn how to use the Internet while exploring health information on these websites from the National Institutes of Health: NIHSeniorHealth, MedlinePlus, and Go4Life®.
